So it’s been a long time coming... Finally ready to make a ’go’ at finding out about and/or getting in contact with my bio-fam. All I know is that it all started in Clewiston, FL about 4-something in the afternoon at Hendry General Hospital. Bio-Mom may have been in her late teens and we lived with (presumably) my Grandmother for a bit before we were both in the foster system. At some point a decision was made to put me up for adoption. That may have been due to another baby, a boy if what info I have is correct. I ended up in St. Petersburg, FL with an elderly woman until the agency (I do not have the name) and two women employed there, respectively Joan Woody and Joyce Green (names may not be spelled correctly), found my adoptive family in Tampa. I know I was adopted roughly around Mother’s Day in 1979 (Mom always said I was her Mother’s Day gift from God)... Me, a late July baby male (Cancer / Leo cusp) who, based on the one photo (provided by the agency), shared my bio-mom’s facial features. I hope you’re out there...in person or spirit. I’m here.
