I used ABC adoption in Tampa Fl. Now closed i have no way of any info. All i know is his Name is Samuel (SAM). It was supposed to be an opened adoption. The adopted father was some kind of Dr. And had older kids one in college and son in high school and a son he adopted there maybe middle school age then. My son Sam was only 2 days olds. I have been looking for years.
