Adopted from Children’s Home Society of Florida in St. Petersburg. I thought my birth mother found me 33 years ago (she had the adoption records unsealed, found out my adoptive parents names and contacted me) but I recently learned through 23andMe that I was not her daughter and that I was actually switched at birth with another female child being put up for adoption either at the hospital or the adoption agency. We went to our new homes with each others birth certificates. II do know that we were both born right before Christmas 1960.
