My son was Bourne in Melbourne FL, in wake of Hurricane Andrew, birth parents are Jeffery and Susan Towers know the family was in South FL, it was supposed to be an open adoption up until a certain age, but when I contacted the lawyer I was informed that they wouldn’t tell me anything, I visited with the parents before birth, they took pictures of myself, three of children and my neice, I was told by the adoptive parents that he would grow up knowing he was adopted as his older brother was as well, and that the family would find me when he was of age.
