I had my daughter at Sarasota Memorial Hospital on 2/2/1991. Her birth name was Aleena Michelle Field. I am pretty sure they changed her name. Do not recall the adoption agency I went thru or the details because my Uncle took control of the paperwork and I being so young just signed. The adopting parents are Tom and Donna Marie Cenglio. I believe they were divorced and they re named the daughter I birthed Rachel.
