I am not sure if I have the right date of birth but it was for sure December of 1998. He was born in Tampa General Hospital and was adopted by a family that lived in Missouri I think. It was an open adoption but my mom moved alot and lost contact with the family and agency. His birth name was Brian Tokos but I think the family changed his name after adoption.
