I’m looking for my brother-in-law’s birth family. His birth name was Travis Jeremy Carter. He was born on June 5,1996. He was adopted when he was six years old (in 2002). This could be approximate. He is from the Tampa Bay Area in Florida. I’m not sure which hospital he was born at. He is also supposed to have a brother that is a few years older than him. They got separated when he went to a group home and he never saw him again. It would be amazing if anyone had any information for us so he could be reunited with his family!
