My husband was adopted in July 1987, immediately after he was born. I believe he was born in Plantation, FL. My mother in law passed away in 2020 and while going through her things, I found a note with the names Melissa and Dennis on it, along with other details about them. In 1986-87, Melissa would have been 23 and Dennis 38. Melissa lived in Ft Lauderdale at the time. Both Melissa and Dennis have other children. Dennis was in the Army.
