I was born at St Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. We lived within a few blocks of St Agnes Hospital although I cant determine the street address. My birth mother name is Barbara Jean Schroeder 04/30/1950 and my birth father Vincent James Brown not sure of his date of birth, all i know is possibly April 2, 19xx My parents were married and divorced. My step father adopted me, his name is Francis Edward Seager 12/16/1947 sometime the adoption took place late 1970’s, after 1978 My Mom, step dad and me lived in Florida when this adoption took place and I was told my birth Dad lived in New York and decline to sign the adoption papers. That’s all I know.
