I was born on December 31, 1958 in Tampa, Florida at St. Joseph’s Hospital. I was adopted through Catholic Charities in Tampa. From what I understand, my birth mother at the time was 16 and my birth father was around 21 and in the service. They were not married and the maternal mother was very Irish and spoke with an Irish accent.
