I was born as Baby Wayne in Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, Florida. I was adopted in June, 1980 to Purcell and Shirley Pleasant, through Catholic Charities of Tampa, Florida. My Adopted Dad was stationed at MacDill Air Force Base at the time of my Adoption. I understand that my Birth Mother might have thought I was mixed. I am a tall African-American with a very slight Asian Look to my eyes.
