My name is Austin. I am a Haitian American. I was born July 11th 2001 in West Palm Beach Florida. My birth mother is of Haitian descent. I have been told that she had 2 boys before me. I was also told that her mother passed while she was pregnant with me. All I know about my birth father is that he is of Caribbean descent. My adoption was arranged through The Children’s Home Society of South Florida in West Palm Beach. I also know that she signed termination of parental rights forms in October or November of 2001. I was 4 months old when my family relocated to the Atlanta area of Georgia. My family has recently relocated to Baltimore MD which is where I am currently.
