I was born at what was once known as "All Women’s Hospital" in Tampa Florida. My birth certification says I was born on October 10th but I do have a correspondence from DFC stating I was born October 7th. Not sure which is correct. My mother did not give any info on my father. The adoption was first arranged thru a family acquaintance. Which intern went thru an adoption agency. My Delivery doctors last name was Levine. Adopting parents are Bob and Patricia Brady. I know from the paperwork that my birth mother already had a 3 year old son from a different father at the time of my birth.
