Was born in Fort Walton Beach Medical Center in Florida and adopted not long afterwards. His last known location was Panama City, Florida. Adoption Agency was shut down. Was supposed to be an open adoption but my mother stopped contacting adoptive parents. I only have baby to toddler type pictures of him so I know communication was not very long, but I’m pretty sure communication was through mail only.
