Adoptee was born on June 23,1968 at the Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, Florida. The Doctor was Doctor Hebert Lott The Doctor said that the Mother and Grandmother of the Adoptee were from Virginia or West Virginia, he could not remember. The Doctor told us to go to the Hospital and to ask for the Acura Baby. ( I am not sure of the spelling it could be Achurra-I am not sure)
