Hello my name is Matthew. In august of 2009, the birth mother Brandy and I Gave our newborn daughter up for adoption to David and Liad This took place at saint Pete general hospital in St. Petersburg , Florida. She was born 1 month early, and up until it was to sign the termination of parental rights we where not told about the closed adoption. As years have gone by (this marks 10) I have always wondered about registering on a registry. We still receive pictures and they are awesome!
