I am looking for an older friend. She may have been adopted out during the Florida Adoption scandals of the late 1940’s. She has been a non person for most of her life and early childhood records are not available. We have done DNA and she is mostly of Germanic/Middle European Background. She grew up to age 16 in Key West Florida. Her "adoptive mother may have been named Janice, but have suspicions that was not the persons real name, as my friend was sold to pedophiles and very abused so this person may just have been her abuser.
