Hello I was put up for adoption shortly after my birth. The information I have is my birth mother left me at the hospital shortly after giving birth to me. And didn’t try to regain custody of me until She was in a rehab facility when I was between the ages of 2-5. I know I have two half sisters but am looking for information on either more family or who my bio mother and father are .
