I’ve been trying to find out about my son that I gave birth to. I’ve been trying to find out where he is if he is living or deceased & I can’t find him in any database. He was born w/ Down’s Syndrome, Leukemia & went through heart surgery when he was 1 yr old. I was told by Guardian Ad Litem in Tampa, FL that when Jesse turns 18 yrs old I have all my rights back to have him back. Since he was adopted I can’t find his where abouts. Jesse has 2 older Twin sisters that would like to know where he is & what happened to Jesse also. I pray for Jesse every night hoping that I will someday see him again.
