I am searching for my cousin, female, born around 1974 (not 100% sure of the year). She was born in Jacksonville, Fl. at St. Vincent’s Hospital. Her birth father is Russell Wallace (my uncle), he joined the Navy to help provide when he found out Betty Ann Lee (birth mother) was pregnant. While enlisting the birth mother decided to have the baby placed for adoption when born. They were both fairly young and from what I understand father’s didn’t have much of a say if unmarried back then. Our family never stopped thinking of my cousin and hoped when she was older she would maybe one day reach out.
