I was born at mt. Sanai hosp. In Miami FL . November 2 1953. My birth mother’s name was Helen. My adoption was arranged by my adoptive parent’s lawyer and a dr. friend. I think it was private. I was not told about being adopted until i was a teenager and my Jewish adoptive mother would never divulge the circumstances of my adoption nor any other information. When she died i found paper work on the adoption and never looked at it. My wife encouraged me to look into this as being adopted has always left me lost and unloved. My adoptive parents were: Michael and Elizabeth Farber of Westchester, Miami, Florida. I have no idea of the lawyer or dr. who arranged this adoption and i am certain they died years back. My mother was secretive and didn’t want to tell me. Can you help? My adopted name is: Sanford Farber. I currently live in Spring Hill Florida.
