After DNA testing and some research it looks like my Mother or my Father was a Panell (sp changes). Possibly my grandfather was William Cecil Panell and my grandmother would have been Katie Hicks who passed away at 37 in 1942 leaving Cecil with 8 children that he gave up for adoption. One of those 8 could possibly be my parent who in turn gave me up for adoption in Florida in February of 1969. Any information about this family could help me in my search.
