I am looking for any information on my godmother’s adoption. She was born April 30, 1968 @ Orange Memorial Hospital (???) in Orlando Florida. This hospital, as I’m told, is no longer active, but may have been turned into a larger facility. She says she was adopted at 4 days old, and is 90% sure that April 30th is her correct DOB. Some variance may work in her favor. She has attempted to get any information on her family and has only seen a seriously blanked out original birth certificate (Closed adoption)
