My name is Brittany Arvesen. The person adopted is the older half sibling of my husband Michael Arvesen. His mother was Karla Joyce Arvesen (Weber). She unfortunately passed away in 2006. We are curious about Michael's sister. We would be happy to know her if she ever wants to know her biological family. We know that Karla had a baby named "Julie" according to the limited records we have with an expected date of birth in May 1977. Seems she was born in Florida. We don't have more information on the birth date‚ but perhaps it was early in April‚ or later in June‚ but most likely May of 1977. Karla had a letter regarding her intake with the Children's Home Society of Florida. It was an agency in Miami‚ FL. The paperwork suggests the agency planned for Michael's sister to be born in North Shore Hospital. There is a letter dated to Sept. 1‚ 1977 stating that little Julie was adopted by a couple‚ both 31 years old at the time. Father 5'7" and mother 5'2". Julie was their first child. They had been married 8 years by the time of her adoption. We hope Julie has had a wonderful life! Much love‚ Brittany
