I am looking for our brother who was adopted when he was born. He was named Timothy Andrew Spaulding Jr when he was born but his name was more than likely changed when he was adopted. He was born on April 25‚ 1988 at Bayfront Hospital St Petersburg‚ FL through Children's Home Society in Florida. The adoptive family lived in/around St Petersburg‚ FL. One parent was a teacher and the other parent may be an artist if my mother remembered correctly.
