Son, you were born October 6, 1986 at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. As my name was Lisa Alice Ladasic at your birth, I named you Bradley Martin Ladasic. I was told by the adoption agency, Chosen Children of Lake Worth (long-defunct) that your adoptive parents, both Roman Catholic, might have changed your name to Michael. I have now been married since 1990 to a kind man named James Carvin. I took his name legally and am Lisa Alice Carvin. We have two adult sons together, Jonathan (27) and George (23), and all of us live in Tallahassee, FL. Life’s not been easy, as I suffered two strokes in 2003 which left me partially paralyzed and I had to give up my career to go onto disability benefits. That said, not a day’s gone by that I don’t think of you, hope you’ve had a better life than I could have given you as a single mom, and have tried to find you.
