I am looking for my adopted son. He may or may not have been adopted in Florida but was born in Florida in the St Petersburg area and signed away immediately after birth. The year is around 1986 but could be a year earlier or later. His birth mother’s name is Janis Seal and that name will be the only parent on the birth certificate.
