My husband was born in West Palm Beach Fl. to a 16 year old girl he was handed over once he was born. He was adopted to a great family who offered her to stay and get help if she needed, she was to young and from West Virginia as far as we know. His both father may be from Puerto Rico but not sure. The agency has shut down as well as the hospital that she gave birth in.
