Haven’t seen Shanda in over 25 years. Last I heard she lived in Downey CA area. She owns or owned her own flower shop. Last name is or was Warren or Warner not sure. She was supposed to be able to stay in contact but when adopted after only few letters to our other sister they stopped. The adopted parents refused to let her contact us.
