My brother was placed in foster care via court order in 1997-1998. He was placed with a family in Ocala‚ Florida. He later was officially adopted in 2002 with a family out of Miami‚ Florida. His birth name was Terry Lavon Williams‚ born September 10‚1994 in Starke‚ Florida. He was born with health concerns. At the time he had two older siblings‚ Rickey and Jazz. Birth mothers name was Tammy Williams/Jackson at the time of adoption. He turned 32 years old yesterday and every year I try my best to find him with hopes of a successful reconnection. Just know we love you and you will FOREVER be thought about. Until I leave this earth I will keep trying to find you. Our mother battled heavy drug addiction and mental health issues. I pray one day you can find it in your heart to forgive her. If not I truly understand because I can only imagine the many obstacles you had to endure growing up as a scared‚ lonely kid with no clear explanation as to why.
