Our older Sister Sandra Jean Gala DOB 09/23/1954 had gotten pregnant in Jan/1971 Our Family Catholic and our parents had (8) children at the time with youngest child only 3 years old. Our Parents sent Sandra to Bartow Florida to a Catholic School housing unwed mothers. The child (daughter) was named Michelle by Sandra born 10/04/1971 at 2:38 pm in Bartow Hospital. Taken away immediately after giving birth. She remembered our Mother Ellen Louise Gala making her sign the form giving the Hospital Social Worker rights to the daughter she had just given birth to. Sandra Jean Gala ‚ married 2 years after her first birth in 1973 and gave birth to another daughter Shannon Jessica Jones. Sandra through the course of all those years tried so hard with little to no funds in locating her daughter Michelle born 10/04/1971. Unfortunately‚ Sandra Jean McCarty passed away 02/11/2016. Her final words to her daughter Shannon was to find Michelle and tell her she LOVED HER WITH ALL HER HEART AND TRIED SO HARD TO LOCATE HER. As Sandra’s younger sister knowing her wish‚ I would like to help make it come true for daughter Shannon and my beloved sister.
