My adoption was privately handled by Terry Milburn. I was adopted in Brooklyn, New York county of King’s on June 30 1967, My parents traveled to Florida from NY to pick me up from Jacksonville Memorial Hospital county of Duval when I was three days old. I was told they never saw my birth mother and were escorted away from the maternity ward. I was told at the time (1966) the birth mother had the right to change her mind up to one year from birth and I think that’s why almost a year later the papers were finalized, or maybe the courts were over loaded. I was told when I was 10 years old that I was adopted and through the years little items were thrown out such as my nationality. I am allegedly German and English. I really don’t have anything else other than Terry Milburn sometimes worked with Helen Tanos Hope. I am in the process of getting my DNA tested from Ancestry.com.
