Looking for paternal birth family. Birth mother only referred to one birth father however in my search‚ I did a DNA test and was surprised to find many matches which none had the heritage of named birth father and Adoption Agency had information that was from named birth father stating he found out he was not the father. This all occurred in 1956-57. AncestryDNA results state my heritage is Eastern European Jewish and no French heritage or matches with named birth father surname. It is important for me to convey that I only want information and do not want to disrupt any family dynamic at all. IF bio father and family wanted to have a stronger connection‚ I would be open I have met my Birth Mom and she died years before the DNA test results‚ so I feel misled at the very least and would like to know my whole story prior to my birth and adoption.
