My name is Xavier. My younger brother was given up for adoption in December of 1987 at Jackson Memorial. His birth name was Kendall Allistair Pompey ( First and middle spelling may be incorrect). His mother’s name listed on birth certificate should be Devon L. Pompey and I’m not sure what his fathers name is. I’m not exactly sure how to properly format this message.
