hi my name is shay-la im looking for info on my birth parents or birth family im not sure what to do or where to start all i know is i was born in 1983 at Timken Mercy i was adopted in florida unsure how i go there my adoptive parents changed my name so i dont know what my name was im a 25 year old blk female i just got some of my adoption papers my birth mother named me tender love not sure of the last name i was born in canton ohio and my birth mother was 27 at the time of my birth we moved to jacksonville when i was 2months and stayed in a ywmca i was taken from her during that time
