My adopted name is David Leland Patrick. I was told I was born on Nov‚ 1st 1956 in Jacksonville Fl. My adopted parent went there and picked me up from my birth mother when I was 5 days old I am told. My adoptive parents were Mr and Mrs Thomas and Opal Patrick from Orlando‚ FL. I was told that my biological name before adoption was Herbert Mickey Monroe. All of the adoption paperwork my adoptive mom had was lost in a fire‚ so I really don't know much. My adoptive brother was 7 years old and accompanied my adoptive parents to Jacksonville to pick me up from my biological mom. He said she was a beautiful tall‚ dark complexion lady with long dark hair. Thats really all I know. My adopted parents‚ my adopted brother are all dead now and I am almost 70 and I would really like to find some answers about my family.
