Blank MD • Name was not put on the birth certificate and mother chose not to know the sex of the baby. • Birth mother signed consent for adoption on 10/31/1970. • Birth mother decided on adoption because she feared she was to young(16) to support a child and to young to marry the birth father. • she felt strongly that the baby should be placed with a family rather than foster care âš¡ï¸BIRTH MOTHER INFOâš¡ï¸ • born in a mid-west state in autumn of 1954 • she was 5 foot 2 inches and of average weight • blonde hair hazel eyes was described as a pleasant girl • had completed the 9th grade and was planning on starting the 10th grade • has never been married before and had no other kids at the time of birth • was a Protestant • had good healthy pregnancy other than a kidney infection during pregnancy and a little morning sickness during the first trimester she received prenantal care and said that she did not have a difficult time during birth her labor started at 2:30 and gave birth at 12:00 am or pm was not specified (said 11:22 pm on birth certificate and PM could be made out but could be wrong) • she enjoyed sports • NO health problems were reported on either mothers side or fathers side of family. âš¡ï¸BIRTH MOTHERS FAMILYâš¡ï¸ • birth mothers father was a service technician he repaired washing machines, air conditioners, and dryers. • birth mothers mom was not employed • birth mother had one older brother âš¡ï¸BIRTH FATHER INFOâš¡ï¸ • birth father WAS named in the record... could not receive it though. • birth mother believed he was born in a northeastern Atlantic coast state. • born In the winter of 1953 • 5 foot 4 inches tall • blonde hair • he was cross eyed and wore glasses • was in the 12th grade and lived in a southern state • he didn’t attend a church at the time but birth mother thought he was of a Protestant background also. • he way very interested in motorcycles and liked to play the drums. • he was adopted by his grandmother âš¡ï¸ADOPTION INFOâš¡ï¸ • placed with adoptive parents on 11/05/1970 • adoption was finalized 04/19/1971 In lee county Florida • attorney Frank B Watson
