Hi there‚ my name is Ashley Soto. I'm reaching out to you guys from small town little Burley‚ID. I was hired by Emily Izaguirre to help find information leading to her reunion with the 2 younger brothers. She has been publicly searching for years. The last contact made was in 2005 for Emily's 4th birthday and likely from the Step Parents to Joaquin and Jose/Miguel. I will attach in this email the only photo I have of the card. I also will attach the photo's provided to me by Emily Zulema Izaguirre. The records we are searching for are for 2 minor boys. Names at the time were " JOAQUIN RIOS " & " JESUS RIOS " - JESUS had his name changed to " MIGUEL " at some point before or by 2005. The boys would have been born likely between 2000-2002 or 3. The mother's name was "RACHEL Danisa Rios‚ Born JUNE 28‚ 1971. I will attach a copy of " Rachel's birthday certificate.. Rachel had a total of I believe "6" children. The boys have many family members praying to the lord to even know they are alive. The potential adopted parents were not from the states so Emily was told hear se. Potential fathers - JESUS RIOS‚ ERNESTO DELEON‚ JOSE GUILLERMO. RACHEL passed away at the Samaritan Hospice Unit on May 20‚2016. I also have secondary parents listed for Rachel Rios as well so I can provide the further names if needed. I have personally today talked to a CHS worker when I called and they gave me this email and said you guys could help us out. I was hired to obtain what I can in efforts to bring reunification to these siblings. Please help me help them. - Ashley Soto
