Hi‚ my name is tabitha degnan. I am mixed black and white‚ different fathers though. Don’t have any info on him at all. My mother is white. My mothers name is Diane Degnan blonde hair blue eyes‚ I was born in 1997. She had my older sister in the 80s- early 90s that was adopted at birth. Possibly in St.Augustine Florida‚ Duval county or Volusia county. I just found out about my sister a year ago and am in desperate search as my mom whom has some disabilities cannot remember any of the key information. My grandmother who has more information passed away in 2019 well before I found out about her.
