I’m looking for my child that was taking from me by ICPC in 2015 Her name was Justina Love Odom I don’t know if they have changed her name the courts of Volusia County Florida DeLand Florida and the courts of Lafayette County Florida Mayo Florida is the court that stripped my rights and put her in ICPC or DCF department of children families services and put her up for adoption and I have not seen her since she was born in DeLand Florida at Advent Health DeLand Florida Hospital in DeLand Florida 701 W. Plymouth Ave. DeLand Florida 32720 my delivery doctor that delivered Justina was Dr. Hussain Rawji MD. OBGYN his office information is 850 W. Plymouth Ave. DeLand Florida 32720 after Justina was born she was transferred to Advent Health Hospital in Altamonte Florida @ 601 E. Altamonte Drive. Altamonte Springs‚ Florida 32701 Because my doctor has me on Methadone and Justina went through a withdrawal from the Methadone she was born on February 25‚ 2015 We lived in Deltona Florida @ 1525 Gold Terrace Deltona Florida 32725 was the address and home Justina was bring home to then department of children and families services took us to my mother’s house in Mayo Florida I’m don’t remember that address but the court’s in Lafayette county courthouse @ 100 N. Main Street Mayo Florida 32066 and judge Darren K. Jackson removed her from me I am Ginger Renee Odom and also my maiden name was Evans and also was married and divorced from the last name Robertson Justina Love Odom her father’s name is Charles Justin Odom we have not seen Justina or has had any contact with her since they stripped our rights to her she was wrongly removed from us ICPC couldn’t never find any abandonment‚ abused‚ or neglect they took Justina because of our background and me going back and forth to her father who has been diagnosed with OCD‚ ADAH so ICPC said that he was not able to take care of a child witch was ridiculous but the courts or ICPC could never prove and abuse‚ abandonment or neglect but judge Jackson still stripped my rights to Justina Love Odom I am asking to please help me find her. Her sister Charlie Live Odom was also taking by the court’s and ICPC also based off of Justina case so they took away both of my children Charlie Live Odom was Born January 18‚ 2018 @ HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital @ 1401W. Seminole Florida 32771 I took Charlie home and she was with us at 1525 Gold Terrace Deltona Florida 32725 until she was 6 months old then DeLand Florida ICPC steps in because they seen where I had Justina taken away so they come and open a case on Charlie so they can take her to and the courts and ICPC did and she was taken by the court’s in DeLand Florida @ The Volusia County Courthouse in DeLand Florida 101 N. Alabama Ave. DeLand Florida 32724 I’m don’t remember that judge’s name I went to trial with Charlie and yet they still stripped our rights with Charlie also her father is also Charles Justin Odom and we have not seen them since or has had no information on Justina or Charlie and no contact information or no contact at all Justina Love Odom was 2 months old when she was removed from me and taken into ICPC and Charlie Love Odom was 6 months old when she was taken into ICPC also known as Department of Children and families services also known as DCF every state I think is different with what they call them but I call them evil people because my two beautiful baby girl’s were never abused‚ abandoned or neglected and they had left my other 5 children with me and Charlie and Justina father he had a child from another woman Renee Martin that he had custody of ICPC left her with us also but only took Justina and Charlie Love Odom‚ Madison Love Odom was 10 years old at the time ICPC took Justina and Charlie and when they came to take Charlie ICPC had the Volusia County sheriff office with them and took Charlie right out of Madison Odom hands and left Madison Odom and she was 10 years old so why didn’t they take her too??? If they were being abused‚ abandoned or neglected why would ICPC ‚ DCF leave another child behind and only take the infant do you see where I’m coming from and also leave my 5 other children with me and at the time my other 5 children were only 12‚11‚6‚5 & 4 so they were all babies too at the time so what really happened and the courts of both counties told me that they would give me information about a website I could go to and register so I could see pictures and get letter’s and drawings from them and when they turned 18 years old if they wanted to find me Justina and Charlie would find me. But the courts or ICPC ‚DCF Department of Children and families services never gave me that information it was all theses promises until they stripped my rights then I didn’t hear anything else from the court’s or DCF DEPARTMENT ever again i would call and they would tell me not to call no more because I don’t have rights any longer DCF DEPARTMENT even called the sheriff’s department of Volusia county on me and their father for driving up to the DCF DEPARTMENT OFFICE to go in and get the information that they promised me before my rights were stripped. I Ginger Odom and their father Charles Justin Odom are not rich people but we were middle clas we had everything our children could ask for we had a nice home for our children we had wonderful holiday and birthdays and family time and good schools for our children they had food and nice clothes and hygiene they were never abused‚ abandoned or neglected but we could not afford the only lawyer we found that would go up against DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES SERVICES AND THE FLORIDA STATE COURTS SYSTEM but he wanted $50‚000 and we just didn’t have that kind of money we did live on government funded programs like SNAP benefits and Social security checks but we made it and we were comfortable and clean and had nice things for our children and they had warm beds to lay in . So I honestly think DCF DEPARTMENT sold my two babygirls because they were infants and they had big bright blue eyes with blond hair and they were the perfect tone of skin color and they are just beautiful babies and DCF DEPARTMENT sold them I do believe that and the lawyer we talked to that wanted that $50‚000 to take our case told me that DCF DEPARTMENT Of CHILDREN AND FAMILIES SERVICES are the devil they are human trafficking children and they make up things in order to get your children especially infants he said they didn’t want older children really because they already knew who was their parents were it blew me mind what he told me and that has stuck with me every since I’ve been reaching out every since but nothing their names I’m sure has been changed and I have no idea what they even look like today Justina will be 12 year’s old on February 25 and Charlie just turned 9 on January 18 so they are growing up and don’t even know that they have me their biological mother.
