Birth parents were both 15 at the time of my conception and/or birth. Recently have been contacted by a paternal family member via Ancestry.com. Biological father is Gary Belt‚ now deceased‚ and was given information regarding biological mother Christine Vosseler. Further confirmation was received via this family member to the siblings of my biological mother (Sandi). Her name is/was Christine Vosseler originally from NY. A few months prior to my birth‚ she was living with Danny & Sandy Racine and then at a Salvation Army home for unwed mothers in St. Petersburg‚ FL.
