My son (William Michael Tinny)was born on Aug 9th 1993 in possibly Dunedin( but could have been NPR Community OR Northbay Hospital, Fl as the biological parents are local to us) he weighed less then 5 lbs and was five weeks premature . His biological parents gave away their rights 10 days later at the New Port Richey Florida Court House and he came to us in New Port Richey Fl on that day. The adoption agency we used was ABC Adoption out of Tampa Fl but they have since closed. Three months later we officially adopted him in Tampa. We were told his parents were married, and had given up two other children (boys) and had also had a miscarriage before William. William would also like to locate his biological brothers.
