Searching for biological father at request of physicians to help address/identify health issues. Was told bio father was "passing through" Jacksonville, FL en route to Vietnam in the Spring of 1968 and may have been a Marine and/or Lieutenant (possibly in another branch). Name I was provided with was "Walter Samuel Slenniken or Sloniker" or similar (can’t be sure of spelling). He may have no knowledge of me if he was gone before I was known of. Biological mother was Jacksonville resident and either a nurse or nursing student at time. She was unwilling to provide any information about bio father when contacted.
