My name is Jenna, but my birth name is April and I was born on Dec. 17th 1989. I was told my birth parents were Dwayne Snyder and Rose Tuttle, he was/is in the military and she a hairdresser. i don’t know where I was first born, but I was first adopted in 1991 at 2years old in New Port Richie, Florida, lived there and adopted from there a second time in 1996 at 7.5 years old, I also have been told I have a twin brother. then my adoptive parents relocated me to New Jersey where I have been since. I have been trying to find my birth parents/ family for a while now with no help from my adoptive family, in fact they have actually made it harder. I am just looking to connect to family, please help if you can.
