I honestly am not truly trying to find my birth parents because I respect their wishes on giving me a better chance in life with the family who adopted me at birth, but now I’m starting a family and I am needing my medical history and we can easily black out the names of my family members (unless my birth family is okay with having their names visible). All I’ll need in place of the names are mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, etc. The only information that I can knowingly give is that I was born in Jacksonville, Florida (Duval County) at Riverside Hospital (no longer open) on August 3, 1991 at 12:05pm (per my birth certificate). My birth mother and adoptive parents never met and worked through a private esquire/lawyer at the time (all I know is that she was a young lady who helped with the process).
