We recently learned our dad and uncle were adopted. We think they were adopted in Deland FL where our adopted grandparents lived. Our last name is Faraon but all that comes up in our ancestry is mostly Gay and Ledford. We also found census records that say both boys were adopted sons. Our aunt is alive but states they were not allowed to discuss the subject of adoption it was never discussed. Any help is appreciated.
