Have had non-identifying contact with my birth mother after my daughter was born in 2006. No further contact since. She did not tell my birth father about the pregnancy and I’d like to get medical background from him. Open to having direct contact but not necessary. Seeing a lot of dna matches but difficult to determine which side of the family they may be. Want to respect the choice of my birth mother to not have contact. Any suggestions from other adoptees on how to approach‚ please message!
