My name is Allen Johnson (Johnson is my adopted last name)‚ and I recently took an AncestryDNA test. I was born in Hollywood‚ Florida‚ on March 21‚ 1966‚ and adopted out a few weeks later through the Catholic Society of Children. According to my DNA results‚ my biological father was Galen Stephen Gibson (1941–2015). From my DNA research‚ I’ve learned that my mother was the daughter of the late Elmer Stephen DeGolier and Winona May Witeril‚ and it appears they had 7 sons and 13 daughters together. I am reaching out in the hope that someone might have any information‚ no matter how small‚ about my family history that could help me identify my birth mother.
