Born at Tampa General Hospital (where I currently work:) - adoption through Children’s Home in Tampa. My birthmother may have been sent here from either a northeastern state or Winter Haven, FL to give birth. Her parents may have been beekeepers/teachers. I believe she had 2 sisters and a brother. She was said to be 19 years old and a telephone operator. My birthfather’s sister was also a telephone operator. I would love to find my birth family so they can meet my Mom, who is 87 years old. My Dad passed away >10 years ago and I have always had regrets that my birth family did not have the pleasure of meeting him. I have had an incredibly wonderful life and would like to share my memories and meet my birth family.
