I was born on December 11, 1962, at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. This was a private adoption. I do not know the Judge who presided over the adoption. I am fairly sure the adoption took place within weeks of my birth in Jacksonville, Florida. My adoptive parents have been deceased for over 20 years. I matched an individual on Ancestry. com in November, I saw a date with a man’s name. The DNA suggest he is my biological father. I have never had any knowledge or contact with my adoptive parent. Possible name of Birth Father is Albert Johnson.
